Zenprox Aerosol Insecticide
Zenprox Aerosol Insecticide is an aerosol insecticide with natural pyrethrins that controls insects. It comes ready to use and delivers a quick knockdown.
Zenprox Aerosol Insecticide, manufactured by Zoecon, is an environmentally safe contact aerosol insecticide that delivers a quick knockdown of various pests. It can be used indoors and outdoors, and a single can will treat 500 square feet.
This easy-to-use product's main active ingredient, Etofenprox, is an Esther pyrethroid; the significance of this active ingredient is that it has a different chemical structure than most pyrethroids. This allows Zenprox Aerosol to overcome many species that may develop a resistance to the chemical, such as bed bugs and roaches.
Zenprox Aerosol also features pyrethrins and tetramethrin, giving it a wide arsenal of effective killing methods that guarantee the best possible results when sprayed.
Tools Needed
Zenprox Aerosol comes ready to use with no other tools necessary for its application.
How to Use
- Step 1: Remove the protective cap from the aerosol can. To control roaches in the kitchen, empty the cabinets and cupboards and spray in all the voids and cracks where roaches and other insects like to hide. Zenprox is not meant for surface spraying. It is important to let some of the residual dry before putting your dishes back into the cabinets.
- Step 2: For bed bugs, you will want to spray Zenprox Aerosol on your furniture. Take the infested furniture entirely apart, down to the screws. Once this is done, you will then treat all the cracks, crevices, and hinges of the furniture. You can also spray Zenprox aerosol in the spaces between the wallboard and the carpeting since bed bugs are known for hiding in those areas.
- Step 3: Repeat application may be necessary after a few days as you regularly monitor your home. Once the bed bugs have been eliminated and you no longer see any traces of them, you can put the furniture back together.
Where to Use
Zenprox Aerosol can be used in homes, offices, hotels, schools, warehouses, restaurants, processing plants, kitchens, etc. Focus your spraying around cracks and crevices, such as pet beds, ant trails, joints, baseboards, shelves, windows, doors, plumbing, and other areas.
When to Use
Use Zenprox Aerosol when dealing with a pest infestation around the home. Although insects are most active in the warmer months between Spring and Fall, they can happen at any time of the year.
Safety Information
Zenprox Aerosol Insecticide is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when applying this product.
After application, keep out of the area until the product has dried.
Special Considerations
Zenprox Aerosol is a contact kill, meaning it will only be effective for insects in direct contact with the spray.
