The VT-611 Valve Trigger is manufactured by B&G Equipment and it is a replacement part for theVersatool termite unit. The VT-611 is the trigger for the Versatool, and it is located below the handles attached by hex nuts and a rod screw. The Valve trigger is replaced when it becomes physically damaged, your Versatool is leaking, or it will not depress normally. This can happen accidentally running over the unit with a vehicle or any extreme force.

Tools Needed

To replace the Valve Trigger, you will need gloves and 5/32 hex wrench or an adjustable wrench.

How to Use

• Step 1: Before disassembly, you will need to flush out any chemicals from the supply hose that could be left in the unit. Then relieve pressure in the hose by depressing the trigger. Flush out the unit by simply adding clean water and triple rinse. Once the unit is clean, find a clean working space preferably a table to dismantle the unit due to the many small parts
• Step 2:  Use a 5/32 wrench or an adjustable wrench to remove the hex nuts holding the valve trigger. Then replace with the new Valve trigger and tighten all of the hex nuts.
• Step 3: Test out the unit by adding clean water to the unit and then press the trigger to ensure it is working properly.
