Tools Needed

This product may be applied using hand-held, hose-end, backpack-type, compressed air, mister/ blowers, foggers, or other sprayers.

How To Use

• Step 1: Determine how much Vector Kleer Essential Oil Insecticide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For outdoor perimeter treatments, outdoor broadcast applications, outdoor fogging and misting applications, you will use 1.5 to 3 fl. oz. of Vector Kleer Essential Oil Insecticide per 1 gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. To treat more severe pest infestations in these sites use the rate of 6 fl. oz. of product with 1 gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. More than 1 gallon of water might be needed, depending upon vegetation density in the treatment area. To treat indoor sites (non-food areas) apply 1 to 3 fl. oz. of product with 1 gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. Refer to the product label for specific application rates and restrictions. 
• Step 2: Start by filling your spray tank with half the amount of water and then adding the product. Pour the remaining half of the water in and agitate the solution until thoroughly mixed. Once mixed, you can store the solution for up to 1 month.
• Step 3: Make applications to surface perimeters, around foundations and walls, xeriscape beds, landscape beds/mulched areas, pest harborage, breeding areas, eaves, around windows and doors, under carports/decks, and other places pests are observed or suspected for outdoor perimeter applications. Broadcast the solution across the lawn until the top and bottom of the leaves are wet, but not to the point of runoff. Repeat as necessary to maintain control.

Sites such as these can be treated: residential and non-residential landscapes, non-food areas in and around institutional, public, commercial, and industrial buildings, restaurants, drive-in theaters, parks, campgrounds, recreational areas, daycare facilities, playgrounds, nursing facilities, hospitals, schools, laboratories, kennels, zoos, dog parks, boat houses, boat docks, marinas, modes of transportation (boats, buses, trucks, trailers, storage containers, railcars, marine vessels, cargo vessels), lawns, turfgrass, golf courses, drains and sewers, garbage areas/rooms, ornamental plants, flowers, trees, shrubs, landscaped areas, mulched areas, fence lines, athletic fields/parks (including trees, shrubs, flowers, evergreens, foliage plants, and groundcovers) patios & outdoor seating, and non-food residential greenhouses. Also, use on surface perimeters, around foundations and walls, pest harborage and breeding areas, eaves, around windows and doors, loading docks, under carports/decks, and other places pests are observed. 

When To Use

Apply this product before pest infestations become a problem or when you first notice their activities.

Safety Information

Vector Kleer Essential Oil Insecticide is safe for people and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.

Allow material to dry before people or pets are allowed to re-occupy the treatment area.

Special Considerations

This product may be tank mixed with other insecticides including insect growth regulators, such as Pivot 10 or Tekko Pro. This product may also be combined with adjuvants.

Physical compatibility may vary with different combinations of products. Compatibility tests can be prepared on a small-scale for combinations that have not been previously tested.
