The Udor Turbine Gun is a specialty spray gun designed for use on professional spraying rigs for pest control and land management situations. It is a lightweight spray gun that features an 17-inch barrel and has an adjustable spray pattern where it can go from a straight spray to a cone mist.

As light and easy to handle as the Udor Turbine Gun is, it is also powerful with a maximum PSI of 850 and Max GPM of 25. We recommend it for long-range tree spraying and lawn and ornamental treatments where high volumes of liquid are necessary.

Tools Needed

Spraying Rig In Truck

To use the Udor Turbo Pesticide Spray Gun you will need a professional pesticide spraying rig and the appropriate adapters to attach the gun to your spray rig. This Udor Turbo gun's grip features a 1/2 inch male port, requiring applicators to use either a 1/2 inch quick connect fitting, or a hose barb with a 1/2 inch connection.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Attach the Udor Turbine Gun to your pesticide spraying rig sprayer hose. The gun can be attached to the hose one of two ways: quick-connect or via hose barb. Connect the gun to the hose by inserting the male plug on the gun if using a quick connect fitting. If you are using a hose barb, screw the barb into the gun until tight. Then insert the opposite side of the barb into your hose, and clamp the hose around the barb for a tight seal. The size of your hose will determine the size barb you will need.
  • Step 2: Power up your spraying rig and adjust the spray setting to your desired setting by moving your hand on the adjustment handle. Then aim and spray at your target area.
  • Step 3: Use a pin stream to reach higher points such as high up on a tree. Adjust the sprayer body to the cone mist spray setting for more coverage and a wider spray.

Where to Use

The Udor Turbine Gun is a powerful gun and can be used for spraying pesticides from long-range on turf, greenhouses, nurseries and general plant spraying. It is also great for spraying far out of reach trees and shrubbery and for general pest control.

When to Use

Use the Udor Turbine Gun to replace a broken or faulty gun on your existing power sprayer or spraying rig or if you would like a greater burst spraying range. Because of its ease of use, this spray gun is a good option when treatments require the applicator to switch spray patterns on the fly.

Safety Information

The Udor Turbine Gun is safe to use when applied according to the accompanying directions. Make sure to read the safety information carefully and follow their warnings. Also, be sure to wear proper PPE before spraying (gloves, protective eyewear, safety mask, etc.)

Special Considerations

Please note that the Udor Turbine Gun has a 1/2-inch male metric thread inlet. If your sprayer hose end has an NPT fitting, you will need to use a 2O7P8 brass coupler as an adapter to convert it to NPT. This will enable you to use the Udor Turbine Gun.
