UDOR Kappa 25 Repair Kit by Udor USA is designed to replace or repair the Udor Kappa 25 diaphragm pump so it can be restored back to optimum performance. This kit comes with the following: 1 x 0903.08 Accumulator Diaphragm, 2 x 0903.50 Desmopan Diaphragms, 4 x 1101.27 Valve O-rings. If the performance quality of your Udor Kappa 25 Diaphragm Pump has reduced, this kit may help it return back to normal.

Tools Needed

There will be tools necessary to install the UDOR Kappa 25 Repair Kit onto the Udor 25 Diaphragm Pump.

How to Use

• Step 1: Start by draining the crankcase oil from the Diaphragm Pump by removing the oil drain plug located at the bottom of the pump.
• Step 2: Following the instruction manual, remove the old diaphragms from the Kappa 25 Diaphragm Pump. Turn the crankshaft to bring the piston up to the top of its stroke, then remove the diaphragm bolt and washer, then remove the diagram.
• Step 3: Replace with the new diaphragms by installing the diaphragm bolt and washer into the new diaphragm. Install this assembly to the piston, flat side of the diaphragm down. Use blue threadlocker or equivalent on the diaphragm bolt, then torque to the recommended specs.
• Step 4: Rotate the crankshaft to bring the piston and diaphragm to the bottom of its stroke, then seat the outside edge of the diaphragm into the pump body. You can then reassemble the Kappa 25 Pump and test it out to see if it works properly.
