Tools Needed
To use Trizmet Lite Herbicide, you will need to mix the product into the sprayer of your choosing such as a backpack sprayer, handheld pump sprayer, or a professional spray rig for large-volume applications.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Trizmet Lite Herbicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, you will need to measure the length and the width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take your square footage and divide it by 43,560 sq. ft. (square footage /43,560 sq. ft. = acre). For a post-emergent application in corn, you will use 2.6 to 5 quarts of Trizmet Lite Herbicide in a minimum of 15 gallons of water per acre. For more specific application rates and restrictions please refer to the label.
- Step 2: Fill your selected sprayer tank with half of the required amount of water and then add in the measured amount of Trizmet Lite Herbicide. Fill the sprayer the rest of the way with the remaining water. Close the lid and shake it till the product is well mixed.
- Step 3: Spray the targeted weed with the Trizmet Lite Herbicide solution, making sure to get even coverage via a fan spray setting.
