Transport GHP Insecticide
Transport GHP Insecticide
Transport GHP is manufactured by FMC Technologies and is a broad-spectrum insecticide that provides long-lasting protection of your home or property up to 90 days or more, depending on the type of pest. The product is a wettable powder that helps it stick better to porous surfaces. It can be sufficiently applied outdoors making it perfect for serving as a barrier treatment to prevent insects from embarking upon the treated property. It is odorless and comes in pre-measured water-soluble packs that don't have to be opened. Simply drop the packets of Transport GHP into the water and they will quickly dissolve.
Tools Needed
To use Transport GHP, you will need a backpack sprayer or handheld sprayer or you can input the product in a spraying rig.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Transport GHP packets you will need by first calculating the square footage of the area you wish to treat. To do this, measure (in feet) the area length and width and then multiply the two values (length x width = square footage). One packet of Transport GHP contains 0.3 oz. of product and will treat 1,000 sq. ft. per gallon. For example, if you calculated a treatment area of 3,000 sq. ft. You would need to mix 3 packets of Transport GHP in 3 gallons of water.
- Step 2: Fill your sprayer half way with the appropriate amount of water and add the right amount of Transport GHP packets based on your calculations. Add the remaining half of water and then agitate the sprayer so the solution is well mixed.
- Step 3: Apply the Transport GHP mixture as a pin stream, spot treatment or crack and crevice spray in areas where you have encountered pest activity. As a perimeter treatment, apply as a continual band up to 10 foot wide around the structure and upwards along the foundation to a height of up to 3 feet and around windows, doors, other penetrations and roof eaves, soffits, and overhangs..
- Step 4: Make sure to treat every 2-4 months with Transport GHP for best results and continued control.
Where to Use
Transport GHP can be applied as a pinstream, spot, crack, and crevice, or perimeter spray on and around outdoor surfaces of homes, business establishments and other buildings including, but not limited to, exterior siding, foundations, porches, window frames, eaves, patios, garages, areas adjacent or around private homes, duplexes, townhouses, condominiums, house trailers, apartment complexes, carports, garages, storage sheds, and other structures, and other areas where pests have gathered or have been seen.
When to Use
Apply Transport GHP when you have encountered a pest infestation or pest activity in or around the home. The prime times are between the Spring and Fall months but can occur any time of the year.
Safety Information
Transport GHP is safe to use when applied according to label directions. Please wear the proper PPE when mixing and applying the product. Keep pets and children away from applied areas until the product has dried.

Q:will this product damage my lawn ?9/23/21A:I've applied Transport around the foundations of my house and business and it did not damage the grass or garden plants. If you have pests in your grass or garden, use a pesticide formulated for that purpose. Transport is stop pests from getting inside and eliminate those that are inside.. Very effective.
