Transline Herbicide
Transline Herbicide
Transline Herbicide is a selective herbicide designed to control unwanted broadleaf weeds in non-crop areas, such as rights-of-way, roadsides, and industrial sites
Transline Herbicide, manfauctured by DOW/CORTEVA, stands out as a powerful tool for effective control.
Its active ingredient, clopyralid, disrupts the growth process of susceptible plants, leading to their gradual decline and elimination.
Transline Herbicide is a valuable tool for managing broadleaf and perennial weeds in non-crop areas effectively.
Tools Needed
Transline Herbicide can be applied with a handheld pump sprayer, backpack sprayer, or spray rig.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Transline Herbicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For spot applications with a handheld pump sprayer, use 3/32 or 1/4 fl. oz. of Transline Herbicide per gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft. Refer the label for specific application rates.
- Step 2: Add 3/4 of the required water volume to the spray tank and start agitation. Add the required amount of Transline Herbicide. Then add any surfactants, adjuvants or drift control agents according to manufacturer's label. Agitate during final filling of the spray tank and maintain sufficient agitation during application to ensure uniformity of the spray mixture.
- Step 3: Ensure even coverage of Transline Herbicide until wet, but not to the point of runoff.
Where to Use
Transline Herbicide can be used on range, forests, non-crop, and natural areas. Use on these sites may include application to grazed areas.
Do not use in greenhouses.
When to Use
Apply Transline Herbicide when weeds are actively growing and less than 6 inches on days when rainfall is not expected to occur for 2 hours after application.
