How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much The Andersons Contec DG Fertilizer 18-3-18 to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For low rate, apply 2.78 lbs. of The Andersons Contec DG Fertilizer 18-3-18 per 1,000 sq. ft. For medium rate, use 5.50 lbs. of product per 1,000 sq. ft. All general applications will use the medium rate. However, if temperatures are 85 degrees Fahrenheit or more apply at the low rate. 
• Step 2: Calibrate the spreader to proper setting as instructed on the label. Load the proper amount of granules. 
• Step 3: Spread the granules evenly across the soil surface. After application, irrigate with 0.2 inches of water over the treated area. 

Where to Use

The Andersons Contec DG Fertilizer 18-3-18 can be used on golf course greens and tees. 

Do not apply near water, storm drains, or drainage ditches.

When to Use

Apply during the turf's growing season.
