Terro Wasp and Hornet Killer, manufactured by Woodstream, is a expanding foam spray designed to eliminate stinging pests by coating the nests. These pests will then perish when contacting the product by traveling to and from the treated nests.

Tools Needed

Terro Wasp and Hornet Killer comes ready to use with no other additional application tools needed. You will need to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves.

How to Use

• Step 1: Remove all exposed food, utensils, pets, birds, children, people, and cover fish aquariums before applying an indoor treatment. For outdoor treatments, determine the areas where pests are nesting.
• Step 2: Shake the Terro Wasp and Hornet Killer before application. Hold the Terro Wasp and Hornet Killer upright during application, but do not stand directly underneath pest nests. Stand a safe distance from the nests with the wind pushing against your back and not front. Aim the trigger towards the nests and push the button to spray.
• Step 3: Spray the Terro Wasp and Hornet Killer 1 to 2 seconds until surface is moist. Spray opening of nests until soaked. Then spray the rest of the nest. Entrapping foam will remain on the nest to kill insects that return to the nest. Wait until 24 hours have passed before removing the nest.

Where to Use

Use Terro Wasp and Hornet Killer as a spot or crack and crevice treatment in outdoor and indoor settings. This product may be applied to outdoor settings such as soil or vegetation around structures, building foundations (not exceeding more than 3 feet in height), sidewalks, driveways, patios, porches, near window frames, doorways, under eaves, carports, picnic areas, cracks, holes, crevices, and outdoor play areas.

For indoor settings apply this product in attics, anywhere nests are built, and where food or feed is not exposed.

Do not use this product in food areas of food handling establishments, restaurants, or other areas where food is commercially prepared or processed. Do not use in serving areas while food is exposed or facility is in operation or on desirable plants and vegetation.

When to Use

Terro Wasp and Hornet Spray may be used when pests nests are seen or as a preventative around homes. Spray at sunrise or dusk when insects are least active and avoid spraying during rainfall.
