Tekko Trio IGR Foam. manufactured by CSI, is an effective and easy to use aerosol spray that targets many insects such as cockroaches, drain flies, fruit flies, bed bugs, and fleas within apartments, bakeries, kitchens, and more. It comes as a dry foam formulation that can be used as a surface spray, spot spray, or crack and crevice spray.

Tekko Trio IGR has three active ingredients (s-Hydroprene 0.36%, Novaluron 0.02%, Pyriproxyfen 0.02%) that breaks the life cycle of the target insect by stopping normal growth development and inhibiting egg production, meaning the insects population cannot grow or reproduce.

Hydroprene and Pyriproxyfen mimics juvenile insect hormones which prevents the insect from reaching adulthood and causes sterilization. The third active ingredient, Novaluron, inhibits the insect from growing a new exoskeleton thus stunting the insects growth and development for future generations.

When used alongside an adulticide, Tekko Trio IGR Foam will help you get fast, effective, and long term control of even the toughest pests.

Tools Needed

Tekko Trio IGR Foam comes ready to use as an aerosol spray with no other tools necessary for application, but be sure to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when applying.

How to Use

• Step 1: Remove the protective cap off the aerosol can. Determine if you are spraying a surface area or a crack/crevice. For cracks and crevices, use the supplied fold up extension tub and hold the spray cap firmly on the sides while inserting the tubing into the spray cap hole. Before application, remove everything from the spray treatment area such as emptying cabinets or moving food away to spray in all cracks, voids, frames and surfaces where insects can hide.
• Step 2: For surface area application, hold Tekko Trio IGR Foam 10" to 12" inches away from treatment surface area and apply at the rate of 15 fl. oz. per 1,125 sq. ft. with a sweeping motion. Crack and crevices applications, you will apply Tekko Trio IGR Foam directly to the wall void, pipe chases, crevices, frames of windows/doors, and behind or under appliances/equipment. Allow for the spray to dry for at least 24 hours before putting objects back into the treated area For bed bugs, you will want to spray Tekko Trio IGR Foam to areas as mentioned above and in addition under beds, bottom side of box springs, under/behind nightstands, points where carpet and wall meet, cracks in cove base, molding, and other areas where bed bugs may harbor. Do not apply to actual mattress and linen.
• Step 3: Reapply at 14 days if there is a heavy bed bug infestation. If there are no more signs of the bed bugs, you may place furniture back together.

Where to Use

Tekko Trio IGR Foam is to be used indoors only: apartment buildings, bakeries, bottling facilities, breweries, boiler rooms, cafeterias, candy plants, grocery stores, day care centers, hospitals, residential homes, hotels/motels, office buildings, kitchens, laboratories, cereal processing facilities, manufacturing plants, mausoleums, meat and produce canneries, nursing homes, restaurants, schools, locker rooms, stores, taverns, warehouses, pet stores, as well as various modes of transportation, such as aircraft cargo areas and gallies, buses, trucks, trailers, rail cars, and marine vessels.

This product may be sprayed on surface areas like walls, floors, ceilings, carpet, pet beds, throw rugs, attics, basements, gondolas, shelving and other areas where pests may harbor. Focus your spraying around cracks or crevices like wall voids, pipe chases, crevices, false ceilings, storage areas, closets, around water pipes, doors, windows, and behind and under appliances/equipment, furniture and beds.

Tekko Trio IGR Foam cannot be applied to mattresses, linens, or directly onto food products or food handling surfaces. Do not replace food containers or food back to their original place until spray has completely dried.

When to Use

Use Tekko Trio IGR Foam when you begin to see signs of listed insect infestation inside your home. Reapplications for treating active infestations may be necessary 14 to 21 days after initial treatment.

Safety Information

Tekko Trio IGR Foam is safe to use around children or pets if applied appropriately according to the label. Always wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) before application (gloves, googles, face mask).

Remove or cover all objects and food from the area to be treated. Allow at least 24 hours for the spray to dry before moving furniture, food, and food containers back to area that has been treated.

Special Considerations

Because Tekko Trio IGR Foam is an insect growth regulator, it will only disrupt the life cycle of targeted pests and will not kill pests that come into contact with the spray.
