01/10/26
Spirato GHN Fungicide, manufactured by Nufarm, is a versatile liquid fungicide that protects your interior ornamentals and edible crops against foliar, stem, and root diseases.
The carefully crafted formulation of Spirato GHN Fungicide contains the dynamic active ingredient Fludioxonil. This approach ensures the eradication of a wide spectrum of foliar, stem, and root diseases in over 45 ornamental and 85 edible crops at every growth stage.
Spirato GHN Fungicide's label extends to a variety of edible crops including brassica leafy vegetables, herbs, leafy greens, cucurbits, and more. This expansive label offers you versatility and more opportunities to increase your harvest.
Tools Needed
Most conventional liquid pesticide plant sprayers can be used to apply Spirato GHN Fungicide such as a backpack sprayer. For larger applications, a spray rig or chemigation system may be used.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Spirato GHN Fungicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For ornamental applications, apply Spirato GHN Fungicide as a foliar spray at the rate of 1 to 2 fl. oz. in 100 gallons of water. For indoor crop areas, use 5.5 to 7 fl. oz. of product in 100 gallons of water per acre.
- Step 2: In a large container, add half of the required amount of water and then add the appropriate amount of Spirato GHN Fungicide to the large container. Fill the container the rest of the way with the remaining half of water. Mix well and then pour into the sprayer tank.
- Step 3: Spray targeted ornamental or crop until wet with Spirato GHN Fungicide.
Where to Use
Spirato GHN Fungicide is for control of certain foliar, stem, and root diseases in ornamentals grown in interiorscapes, field nursery plantings, container nurseries, forest nurseries, residential and commercial landscapes, greenhouses, lath and shade houses, hoop houses or other enclosed structures.
When to Use
Spirato GHN Fungicide should be used as a foliar fungicide right before or right at the onset period of fungal disease.
Safety Information
Spirato GHN Fungicide is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.
Do not allow people or pets to enter treated area until sprays have dried.
Special Considerations
When using Spirato GHN Fungicide, after 2 applications, alternate with another fungicide with a different mode of action for 2 applications to avoid fungicidal tolerance.
