Tools Needed
To use the 25 Gallon Spray Rig, you will need basic tools to help mount the unit onto a truck or ATV.
How To Use
- Step 1: Bolt the spray rig frame onto your truck making sure that it is tightened and secured. The electric pump must be connected to a 12-volt battery, usually the same battery of the vehicle the rig is mounted on. You could also use an alternate battery.
- Step 2: Once you have liquid pesticide product in the tank, simply turn the rig on by pulling the electric start switch.
- Step 3: When you are done spraying, simply push the starter switch to shut off the rig.
Where To Use
This spray rig is perfect to be used in pest control trucks, lawn care trucks, and ATVs perfect to be used in residential and commercial buildings as well as farms.
When To Use
The Solutions 25 Gallon Spray Rig is to be used with pesticide, herbicides, and liquid fertilizers. This rig is ideal for perimeter and ornamental spraying, and spraying eaves of structures.

Every component of this Solutions 25 Gallon Spray Rig is customizable. You can choose from different pumps, tanks, hoses, and even hose reels. Dimensions can also be altered to fit a specific design. *Please note: The color of the hose may vary from green, lime green, red or yellow, depending on which one we have in stock.
The PSI cannot be adjusted or lowered on the Chemflo 160 Electric Sprayer Pump, because it does not have a flow regulator.

Shipped quickly and works decently well with a few modifications. I had to replace the tubing from the pump to the real with a braided line. The line is shipped with kept bursting when under full pressure. The pump will continually lose its prime so I installed a valve in the line going into the tank that allow you to hook a garden hose up to it and re-prime the pump.
Shipped quickly and price for system not bad
Hose from pump to real not pressure rated high enough for pump and pump loses prime on a consistent basis.

Great sprayer and very easy to set up. It’s a little small capacity for some specialty pest applications and the pump could have a higher output but it serves its purpose as a space-saving design.

Great setup.
The JD style gun is stiff but durable. The bolt that connects the trigger handle to the gun came out while in the field. Luckily I had a thin screwdriver that I could use in its place to finish the day.
For the price and the price of hose, the reel should really come full at the 275 ft capacity of the reel instead of 150’. (Then when you go to buy more hose from solutions you have to buy in 300 feet interval’s)

The switch broke off after 3 usages, the wire connectors are not water proof,and the. Bands over the tank do not keep the tank from moving and the hose reel is not mounted on the skids straight

Q:Will this sprayer work good with roundup and pre-emergents? Considering I use a wand and spreay fine particulates, will this be too much pressure?4/19/24A:It comes with a jd9 spray gun. You could use another wand since you can dial back the psi on the pump to 60 if you want but it's a professional spray gun on there so why?

Currently using a backpack sprayer and it takes forever.3/4/23A:This would absolutely be better than a backpack sprayer. However, depending on the product you are using and the application rate, you may consider a larger tank. We do residential exterior pest control with ours and it is refilled frequently depending on the size of the houses being serviced that day.
