04/24/26
Sanidate All Purpose Disinfectant, manufactured by Biosafe Systems, is a reliable daily-use disinfectant that delivers powerful, fast-acting sanitation on virtually all hard, non-porous surfaces
This ready-to-dilute, multi-surface cleaner kills harmful bacteria like Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella enterica while also controlling mold, mildew, and odors caused by microbial growth, resulting in cleaner and fresher surfaces. What sets it apart is its stabilized hydrogen peroxide formulation, which breaks down into water and oxygen after use, making it an eco-friendly alternative to chlorine bleach or quaternary ammonia-based disinfectants. It’s tough on germs but gentle on your environment.
Sanidate All Purpose Disinfectant is a 3-in-1 powerhouse that cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes in a single step against dirt, grime, oils, and organic residues while killing common bacteria responsible for illness and foul odors. It not only eliminates visible mold and mildew but also prevents their regrowth for up to seven days after application.
Tools Needed
For general surface disinfection, a spray bottle is needed.
A clean cloth, sponge, or paper towel is useful for wiping down or blotting treated areas, while a mop or scrub brush can be used for larger surface areas like floors.
For mold and mildew control or heavy-duty cleaning, a bucket for mixing larger batches and a wet vacuum or clean mop are recommended for removing excess solution and soil.
How to Use
- Step 1: Pre-clean any heavily soiled or moldy surfaces. For general disinfections such as cleaning and disinfecting hard, non-porous surfaces such as countertops, tables, doorknobs, bathtubs, or sinks: Mix 0.75 fl. oz. (1.5 tablespoons) of Sanidate All Purpose Disinfectant per 32 fl. oz. of water. For cleaning mold and mildew, use 2.5 to 3.0 fl. oz. of product per 1 gallon of water. To spot clean and deodorize carpets, mix 1.0 to 2.0 fl. oz. of product per 1 gallon of water. To mop or wipe floors, tables, and large hard-surface areas, use 3 fl. oz. of product with 1 gallon of water. Refer to the product label for specific rates and restrictions.
- Step 2: Pour half the amount of water into your sprayer or bucket. Add in the proper amount of product and fill with the remaining half of water. Agitate or gently stir the solution until mixed.
- Step 3: For general disinfections, apply the Sanidate solution using a coarse spray until the surface is thoroughly wet. Let the treated area remain wet for 10 minutes to achieve full disinfection. To spot clean and deodorize carpets, Spray or blot a light, even coating from 6 to 8 inches above the soiled area until damp. Let air dry and repeat as needed.
