Pyranha Pyrethrin Shampoo, manufactured by Pyranha, is a special shampoo that has both insecticidal capabilities and conditioning capabilities to improve body, luster and smoothness to coats.

This shampoo is designed to be used on horses and dogs and while it has active ingredients that are pyrethrin-based to kill fleas, ticks and lice is also can improve the condition of your horse's skin and hair.

Tools Needed

There are no additional tools needed to apply this on your pet or horse aside from the usual tools you use when giving them a rinse or bath.

How to Use

Step 1: Wet your pet or horse and apply a generous amount of shampoo and work it into a lather all over their coat. For best results, leave them in the lathered state for four to five minutes.
Step 2: Rinse the shampoo off of your pet or horse with warm water.

Pyranha Pyrethrin Shampoo is labeled for use only on dogs, cats and horses.

When to Use

Use Pyranha Pyrethrin Shampoo if your dog, cat or horse is suffering from fleas, ticks or lice on their coat. For dogs and cats, do not reapply the product for 2 weeks. For horses, the product should not be reapplied for 7 days.

Safety Information

The Pyranha Pyrethrin Shampoo is safe to use when applied according to label directions. If signs of sensitivity occur, bathe your pet with mild pet shampoo and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately.
