PurBlack Expandable Foam, manufactured by Todol, is an exclusion foam for outdoor use to seal off cracks, crevices, holes, and much more.
This expandable foam tightly seals off any opening from air, gas, smoke, dust, liquids, and insects and pests of all kinds. It is sandable, paintable, durable and favored by roofers, contractors, wildlife control specialists, and pest control professionals.
This polyurethane foam expands and bonds in place. It is convenient, cost-effective and easy to use. You must have an applicator to apply this product.
Tools Needed
To use PurBlack Expandable Foam, you will need a specialized dispensing unit to precisely apply the foam and paper towels to clean up any mess.
How to Use
- Step 1: Identify and prep the areas where you should apply the PurBlack Expandable Foam and shake the product well before use. Remove any intruding material blocking access of the area to be foamed.
- Step 2: Attach the PurBlack Expandable Foam can to the dispensing unit. Twist the set screw of the gun to control the amount of foam that will dispense and pull the trigger to release the foam onto your target gap or area that you would like to fill.
- Step 3: When finished dispensing foam, release the trigger and the needle valve closes then wipe the tip. Safely store away the system away, preferably in a hard plastic carrying case.
