PT Pro-Control Plus, manufactured by BASF, is a total-release aerosol insecticide that combines the active ingredients pyrethrin and cyfluthrin to deliver both a fast knockdown and residual activity.
Pro-Control Plus comes in an aerosol can that is easy to use. To use it, you just have to set the fogger in a room, release the trigger, and leave the room or home until the can empties.
A 6-ounce can treat 5,000 cubic feet of space. Use Pro-Control Plus when you have an insect infestation that you want to take care of quickly.
Tools Needed
No additional application tools are required for this aerosol.
How to Use
- Step 1: Find out how much Pro-Control Plus you need to treat your target area. A single can of Pro-Control Plus can treat a room that is 5,000 cubic feet. You can find cubic feet by measuring and multiplying length x width x height (length X width X height = cubic feet). If you have two rooms that are 5,000 cubic feet that you want to treat, you will need 2 cans of this product.
- Step 2: Inspect and identify the pest you want to treat and note the active areas where they are found or are hiding. Open cabinets, cupboards, drawers, closets, and doors in the area to be treated. Close all windows and doors. Place a chair, table, or stand in the middle of the room to be fogged. Tilt the actuator away from the face. Press the tab down in the locked position.
- Step 3: Set the fogger on a stand and disperse in all locations, contacting as many insects as possible. Immediately leave the treated area. Keep the treated area closed for at least 2 hours. Open and ventilate the area for at least 30 minutes.

Safety Information
PT Pro-Control Plus is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when applying this product.
Remove pets and birds, and cover and turn off fish aquariums before spraying.
Stay out of the room being treated for at least two hours. Ventilate the enclosed area before returning.
