Depending on the plant container sizes and how many there are in the treatment area will vary in application rates so it would be best to refer to the product label. To treat about 539 6" azalea / hibiscus (1.5 qt.) per cubic yard, apply either 10, 14, or 18 grams of Osmocote Plus 15-9-12 (12-14M) Standard Fertilizer. For large container sizes about 10 gallons with a 17 inch diameter, use 188, 259, or 337 grams of product per 1.4 sq. ft. For landscapes, apply 13.5 lbs. of product per 1,000 sq. ft.
