The Mosquito Misting System Check Valve 18 PSI 1/4" is a specialty replacement part for Mosquito Misting Systems.

This is a check valve that allows for insecticide to flow in only one direction when operating the misting system. Most Mosquito Misting systems have an integrated check valve that maintains pressure to outlying nozzles with the objective of making sure no backflow occurs.

In some designs, a supplemental check valve may be required to hold pressure, such as with long uphill lines and long vertical rises.

While it is not a required item for misting system it is useful as it is typically used to prevent fluid from flowing back into misting unit between mist cycles.

Tools Needed

To install the check valve you will need a crescent wrench to install it onto a nozzle circuit fitting.
