45 Degree Adapter

The 45 Degree Adapter is an adapter piece intended to be fit with most mosquito systems allowing the nozzle to connect multiple tubing lines to spray mosquito pesticide products around various outdoor sites.

This easy to use part comes with a stainless steel design to ensure there is minimum wear and tear in multiple weather scenarios such as rain. As an adapater, it allows any nozzles to be installed in tight or open spaces with a 45 degree angle to eliminate kinks in the tubing layout.

The adapter is designed as a 45 degree piece to accept stainless steel nozzles as an consistent output to your Mosquito System.

Tools Needed

Depending on your Mosquito System, you may need to use a tubbing cutter, screw gun, clamps, or screws (the type of screw needed depends on where the tubing line is run) are needed.

A nozzle is required to connect to the 45 Degree Adapter. This order does not come with a nozzle.

How to Use

• Step 1: Measure the length of tubing needed and locate the area where the selected nozzle will be placed. It is suggested to place a nozzle approximately every 10 to 20 feet.
• Step 2: Use the tubing cutter to cut the tubing in the exact area where the nozzle will be fitted. Make sure to connect the adapter to the nozzle before permantely placing.
• Step 3: Put a clamp around the tubing close to the nozzle and screw it onto the surface area to secure the nozzle in place.
• Step 4: Make sure there are no leaks between connecting the nozzle to the tubing and adjust the nozzle to spray in the desired direction.

Where to Use

Once connected, this product can be fitted anywhere along the tubing line in between the beginning of the line and the end of the line. For best results, place nozzles every 10 to 20 feet around the entire perimeter of the building, house or yard. 45 Degree Adapters are great for under the eaves of roofs, along fences, around patios, porches, covered walkways, detached garages and more.

It can be applied to any outdoor system with correct size tubing around residential areas, business and recreational locations. The 45 Degree Adapter can also be installed in areas on the ground around gardens, driveways or sidewalks by using risers.

When to Use

Use 45 Degree Adapter when nozzles and wiring for Mosquito Sytems need to be inserted in a different direction or when wanting to avoid kink of tubing.
