The Union Tee Quarter Inch is designed to join 1/4" and 3/8" tubing when putting together a tubing run for pressure boost.
This part requires a 3/8" x 1/4" reducer plug. Th Union Tee may be needed in some cases when adding to an existing run of your Mosquito Misting System or splitting one run into two.
The Union Tee 1/4" is an excellent tool that allows two lines to go through and at different angles for more effective coverage and distance. Perfect for use in mosquito misting systems to get rid of pests like mosquitoes in yards or commercial properties.
Tools Needed
To install the 1/4" Union Tee, you will need tubing, a 3/8" x 1/4" Reducer Plug, tubing scissors and possibly teflon tape and a crescent wrench.
How to Use
- Step 1: In your existing system nozzle and tubing setup, locate the areas where you would like to use the union tee to create a split.
- Step 2: Once found, connect tubing to the union tee along with the reducer plug (sold separately) to allow the tubing to continue at a right angle.
Where to Use
The 1/4" Union Tee can be fitted anywhere along the tubing line where you would like to split the run of your Mosquito Misting System line into two.
When to Use
The 1/4" Union Tee should be used when you want to split one run of your Mosquito Misting System tubing into two. The two new runs will continue at right angles to the initial run.
