Merit is for use in and around Turfgrasses Trees Shrubs Evergreens Flowers Foliage Plants Ground Covers Interior Plantscapes.

Application

Optimum control will be achieved when applications are made prior to egg hatch of the target pest, followed by sufficient irrigation or rainfall to move the active ingredient through the thatch. Adequate distribution of the active ingredient cannot be achieved when turfgrass areas are waterlogged or saturated with water. Applications cannot exceed a total of 1.6 pints per acre per year. Application can be made by foliar application or soil application. Merit mixes readily with water and may be used in many types of application equipment
