Mavrik Perimeter Insecticide, manufactured by Zoecon, is an ideal perimeter treatment for use in and around the perimeter of both residential and commercial buildings.
Mavrik Perimeter is also non-toxic to bees. It immediately knocks down annoying pests, such as ants and mosquitoes outdoors, with no visible residue or lingering odor.
Mavrik also targets pests such as spiders, ticks, springtails, cockroaches, and fire ants. It is low-cost and effective, so we highly recommend it if you are looking to protect your home or business from pest invasions.
Tools Needed
You can use a backpack sprayer, a handheld pump sprayer, or a spray rig to apply Mavrik insecticide.
How to Use
- Step 1: Shake the bottle of insecticide well before diluting. Determine how much Mavrik Perimeter Insecticide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Do this by measuring the treatment areas' length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). General applications will use a rate of 0.04 to 0.1 ounces of Mavrik Perimeter Insecticide per gallon of water per 1,000 square feet. Refer to the label for specific rates.
- Step 2: Fill the spray tank halfway with water before adding Mavrik concentrated solution. Add the rest of the water required for the proper dilution and agitate the tank before spraying and periodically during applications.
- Step 3: Apply Mavrik around your home perimeter and any possible entry points to keep pests out. After the infestation has died out, you can spray quarterly for continued control.
Where to Use
Mavrik Perimeter Insecticide can be used around residential and commercial buildings and outside surfaces. It can also treat lawns, gardens, and trees.
When to Use
This product is ideal for use in the spring and fall when pests are most active or trying to enter the home for shelter and warmth when temperatures drop.
Safety Information
Mavrik Perimeter Insecticide is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.
