Each 32 oz. bottle treats up to 5,000 square feet of outdoor space, making it a cost-effective and eco-friendly option for homeowners who want to protect their yards without overusing harsh pesticides.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much Maggies Farm Mosquito & Tick Killer RTS to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiplying them together (length X width = square footage). A 32 fl. oz. container of Maggies Farm Mosquito & Tick Killer RTS will treat 5,000 sq. ft. Apply at a rate of 500 to 600 sq. ft. per minute for mosquitoes and deer ticks. For large ticks, apply at a rate of 200 to 300 sq. ft. per minute.
• Step 2: Attach the bottle nozzle to a garden hose. Make sure the nozzle is in the OFF position, and turn on the water spigot to fully open. Extend hose to the farthest area to be treated. Hold the bottle upright and point nozzle toward the treatment site (not the ground). Bend the small plastic safety tab with your thumb and turn to “ON”. Begin spraying, working back towards the spigot. The bottle will empty after 10 to 12 minutes of spraying. To stop spraying, turn to “OFF” position. Turn the water off. To relieve pressure before disconnecting nozzle from the hose, turn the dial to “WATER” until the water stops. Then turn back to the “OFF” position and disconnect from the hose.
• Step 3: Spray to insure treatment reaches deep into heavy vegetation, versus just spraying the top. Grass should be no more than 3” high when treating for ticks.
• Step 4: Reapply every two weeks, or as needed.

Where to Use

Maggies Farm Mosquito & Tick Killer RTS can be used outdoors in areas of dense vegetation, and other areas where sunlight doesn’t penetrate, such as under porches and decks.

When to Use

Apply at dusk to maximize treatment effects and minimize any potential for burning delicate plants.

Keep people and pets out of the treated area until the spray has dried.

Special Considerations

Do not apply to food or plants grown for food. If the spray contacts a food surface like an outdoor dining table, wash with water and dish soap before using for food.
