Invade Bio Drain Fly Killer

InVade Bio Drain

Are you sick and tired of having pesky flies hanging around your drain? These irritating drain flies are attracted to the organic buildup in your drain trap and love hanging around in the accumulated scum and using it as their breeding ground! InVade Bio Drain is the perfect solution to remove the build up and the flies that it attracts with a thickened gel microbial formula.

InVade™ Bio Drain Cleaner is a premium blend of microbes and sweet smelling citrus oil that breaks down gunky drain buildup quickly and eliminates bad odors. Just apply Bio Drain and it will work immediately to clear up your drain lines.

InVade Bio Drain also makes for a good cleaning solution for use with a hose end sprayer or as part of a cleaning solution when mopping.

Invade Bio Drain Gel

How Does it Work?

InVade Bio Drain Gel contains a specially tested and proven solution of natural microbes, a gelling agent, and an emulsifier all blended with a clean smelling citrus oil. These microbes contain bacillus bacteria that can break down organic scum buildup in drains and floors and wherever there has been food and water spills. Naturally blended citrus oil enhances the solution with a fresh scent. Other ingredients include thickening agents to help thoroughly coat drains and other surfaces requiring attention.

InVade Bio Drain can eliminate the following:

  • Foul odors

  • sugar snakes (in soda lines)

  • Scum buildup in drains

  • Drain flies and gnats

Ideal Areas to use InVade Bio Drain

Apply InVade Bio Drain Gel anywhere you would like to eliminate odors and organic buildup in drains and soda lines, and on restaurant surfaces. InVade Bio Drain is a great addition to a home pest control plan as it eliminated drain flies and fruit flies that breed in drains. InVade Bio Drain can also be used in kitchens, bathrooms and other areas in your home or business.

Hot water, bleach, is not enough to eliminate and sanitize clogged drain. The best way is to utilize a highly concentrated, professional strength product like InVade Bio Drain will adequately cut through drain scum to prevent odors.

Use InVade Bio Drain does wonders for soda fountains in restaurants to eliminate "Sugar Snakes": Sugar snakes are crystallized polymers which develop and grow in clogged drain lines in soda fountain machines.  When a soda fountain machine is not adequately maintained for a long period of time, these sugar snakes build up and can lead to bad odors and drain line buildups. Applying InVade Bio Drain to soda fountain drain lines will eliminate these sugar snakes.

How To Apply:

  1. Run 1 to 2 gallon of warm water before treatment to moisten the drain.

  2. Apply the product during periods of low usage.

  3. Apply 4 oz to each drain around the edges and coat the sides.

  4. Repeat application for the next few days and then every 1-2 weeks for ongoing maintenance.

NOTE: InVade Bio Drain alone is not a sufficient solution for eliminating drain flies. General sanitation plays a big role. To eliminate drain flies, fruit flies, and other fly pests, thoroughly sanitizing problem areas, removing trash and food waste and removing standing water is important. When the area has been sufficiently sanitized, InVade Bio Drain may be applied.

A quart (32 oz.) container yields 8 drain treatments, 32 soda drain treatments, or 4-8 gallons of diluted solution. A gallon (128 oz.) container yields 32 drain treatments, 128 soda drain treatments, or 16-32 gallons of diluted solution.

Standard Application Dilution rates / Mixing Ratios for InVade Bio Drain Gel:

  • 4 oz. per drain per treatment – Daily or every other day for active infestations, bi-weekly for maintenance - Drain buildup, breeding site for drain flies

  • 1 oz. per soda fountain drip trays – Weekly - Sugar snakes and similar buildup

  • 4 oz. per mop bucket – Standard mop bucket

  • 4-8 oz./gal. of water – Surface cleaning with a sprayer, such as for dumpsters and trash chutes

  • 1/2 to 2 oz./gal. of water – Hose-end or power sprayers

InVade Bio Drain is for use in the following areas:

No restrictions on use sites. Intended for drains, floors, dumpsters, trash chutes, bathrooms, and similar surface cleaning.

See above for general directions. InVade Bio Drain Gel may be used full strength in drains or soda fountain drip trays, or diluted for mopping, surface applications, or foaming.

  • To foam, use 4-8 oz. in a gallon of water and add 2-4 oz. of foaming agent. Apply using a foamer.

InVade Bio Drain Gel is not meant to be used outdoors with the exception of treating surfaces on or in dumpsters or similar structures. In power sprayers or hose end sprayers apply at a rate of 0.5 to 2 oz. per gallon of water.

Bio Drain is so thick that with smaller drain openings, it doesn't actually go down the drain--it just sits in the sink. How do I get it to actually go in the pipes? Should I add a small amount of water?
E H on Sep 13, 2017
BEST ANSWER: From what I have read no . i ran hot water in sink before using and while some is still visible in sink it is made thick to actually coat the pipes. I had good results as far as getting rid of drain flies.

Invade Bio Drain
Invade Bio Drain Smells nice but still having problems with the drain bugs. I removed all fresh fruit from the house counters and trash but they still bug me also. Anyway like I said, smells nice and will probably use the bottles for cleaning instead.

Easy to apply and makes for a nice smelling drain...
I had two sink drains (one kitchen and one bathroom drain) that had a constant odor from built up scum. I have applied InVade to both these drains several times and not only do they look cleaner but the bad odor from these drains is gone. In addition the bathroom drain on occasion had little flies crawling around the entrance and since using this product I have not seen any of these flies. Great Product!
