To use Neptune's Harvest Hydrolyzed Fish & Seaweed Fertilizer you will need a hand held pump sprayer, hose-end sprayer, or a backpack sprayer.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much Neptune's Harvest Hydrolyzed Fish & Seaweed Fertilizer to use by calculating the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure in feet and multiply the length times the width (length X width = square footage). The application rate varies depending on the type of foliage you are trying to treat. For House Plants: Use 1/2 ounces of Neptune's Harvest Hydrolyzed Fish & Seaweed Fertilizer per gallon of water. For Outdoor: Use 1 ounce of product per gallon of water. For Lawns: 1 gallon of product covers 8000 sq. ft. 
• Step 2: Shake the Hydrolyzed Fish & Seaweed Fertilizer before mixing. To mix, fill your selected sprayer half way with water, add the measured amount of Hydrolyzed Fish & Seaweed Fertilizer and add the appropriate amount to the tank, then fill the rest of the way with water. Close the lid and agitate the sprayer until spray mixture is thoroughly mixed.
• Step 3: Apply a coarse, even spray of Neptune's Harvest Hydrolyzed Fish & Seaweed Fertilizer to coat the top and bottom of foliage leaves, but not to the point of run-off. Feed every 1-2 weeks, taking care to not over water for house plants. Feed vegetables, flowers, trees and shrubs every 1-2 weeks. Feed monthly during growing season and then once more in the autumn for home lawns.

Neptune's Harvest Hydrolyzed Fish & Seaweed Fertilizer should be used in lawns, gardens, houseplants, and flowerbeds.

Do not apply near water, storm drains, or drainage ditches.

When to Use

Use Neptune's Harvest Hydrolyzed Fish & Seaweed Fertilizer when plants are entering an active/prolonged growing season. Apply anytime as long as the turf is not dormant, typically this will be in the beginning of spring and late autumn. It is best to foliar feed early or late in the day, out of the heat of the day, to avoid damaging plant tissue.
