Hose End Sprayer 20 Gallon Output

Hose End Sprayer, manufactured by Chapin, is an easy to use hose end sprayer designed to spray pesticides, water soluble fertilizers, surfactants, and other chemicals on various outdoor application sites.

This durable hose end sprayer features a built-in anti-siphon feature to prevent the backflow of various product materials. Its design also supports a universal fit onto any hose end and has a removable fan-spray nozzle for fast coverage of treatment sites.

This is an all purpose hose end that conveniently provides a fan spray for quick coverage of large treatment areas or solid streams up to 30" with 20 gallons of product material.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much pesticide material to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the application area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage).
• Step 2: Turn water source off before attaching the Hose End Sprayer. Remove the sprayer reservoir from the nozzle to fill with measured amount of product material, while the sprayer control valve is in the off position.
• Step 3: Once filled, reattach the reservoir then push the control valve to the off position to mix your product material. Begin spraying when enough water has filled the sprayer.

Where to Use

The Hose End Sprayer is intended for outdoor use over lawns and ornamental gardens. This product is perfect for larger areas and turf since it creates an even spray pattern and covers a much bigger area than a pump sprayer or backpack sprayer.

When to Use:

Use when applying pesticides, fungicides, or certain fertilizers to grass, ornamental gardens, or larger areas of land. This application method is easier to apply over broader, larger areas due to its higher maximum gallons of product and its wide spray pattern.

Safety Information:

The Hose End Sprayer is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product manual instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when applying chemicals with this product or when cleaning the product, as there could be leftover chemical residue in the reservoir.

Special Considerations:

We recommend using a different hose-end sprayer for each product (ex: one for your selective herbicide, one for your non-selective herbicide, one for fungicides etc.) you plan to apply to prevent cross-contamination and accidental exposure of your plants to the wrong chemical.
