04/11/26
Hi-Yield Killzall 365, manufactured by VPG, is a post-emergent herbicide that provides year-long control of grass, nutsedge, and broadleaf weeds, trees, brush, and vines.
This product's main active ingredients, glyphosate 43.68% and imazapyr 0.78%, demonstrate fast, effective weed control, such as bluegrass or clover in non-crop areas.
Hi-Yield Killzall 365 is ideal for application sites desiring no vegetation growth for up to one year.
Tools Needed
You will need a backpack sprayer, pump-up sprayer, or sprinkling cans.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Hi-Yield Killzall 365 to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. You can find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For spot control of brush, vines, and weeds, mix 6 oz. of Hi-Yield Killzall 365 per 1 gallon of water. For total vegetation control, mix 7.4 oz. (0.46 pints) of product with water to produce 1 to 10 gallons of spray solutions per 1,000 sq. ft. Maximum application rate for both spot and vegetation control is 2.5 gallons of product per acre per year (7.4 oz. of product per 1,000 sq. ft. per year).
- Step 2: Pour half of the required amount of water into the spray tank, then add the measured amount of Hi-Yield Killzall 365. Fill the tank the rest of the way with the remaining half of water. Secure the sprayer's lid and shake well until evenly mixed.
- Step 3: When applying Hi-Yield Killzall 365 spray solution, ensure uniform spray coverage on the top and bottom of targeted weeds. Do not mow or cut treated brush, vines, or perennial weeds for 2 months after the first application. In areas of heavy rainfall, re-applications may be necessary every 6 to 8 months.
