Fuse Termiticide Insecticide is manufactured by Control Solutions, Inc. is a professional grade product used to create an insecticidal barrier around building structures. It is used to control subterranean termites, ants, boxelder bugs, and more.

Fuse Termiticide Insecticide is formulated with imidacloprid and fipronil to attack the nervous system of targeted insects for effective elimination.

Fuse Termiticide Insecticide is a non-repellant that is undetectable in order to keep targeted insects from avoiding it. This makes sure they come in contact with it. To ensure termites and other label listed insects are prevented from entering the home or building structure, Fuse Termiticide Insecticide is the ideal product to use.

Tools Needed

To apply Fuse Termiticide Insecticide, a backpack sprayer, handheld pump sprayer, or professional skid sprayer is needed. When treating for subterranean termites, tools for trenching such as a shovel and wheelbarrow are needed.

How to Use

perimeter treatment

  • Step 1: Determine how much Fuse Termiticide Insecticide you will need for your application by first calculating the square footage of the area to be treated. To do this, you will need to measure (in feet) and multiply the area length times the width (length x width = square footage). Fuse Insecticide can be applied in dilution concentrates of either 0.067% (0.3 fl. oz. per gallon) or 0.13% (0.6 fl. oz. per gallon) to cover 1,000 sq. ft. area. For example, if you calculated an area of 2,000 sq. ft. and wanted to use the 0.067% concentration, you would need to mix 0.6 fl. oz. in 2 gallons of water.
  • Step 2: For general applications made with a handheld pump sprayer, begin with filling the spray tank 1/3 of the way with water. Add the appropriate amount of Fuse Insecticide based on your calculations and then add the rest of the water needed. Close the sprayer lid and agitate until the solution is well mixed.
  • Step 3: Apply the Fuse Termiticide Insecticide solution at a low-pressure spray to soil or perimeters of structures to treat target insects. Spray bands up to 18 inches in width around doors, windows, vents, pipes, where electrical wires penetrate walls, and other entry points to the structure. Fuse must be used as a  general surface spray, crack and crevice spray, or a wall void application.

Where to Use

Fuse Termiticide Insecticide can be applied on the outside or residential or building structures, under crawl spaces, brick and exterior wall voids, and plenum structures. It can only be applied in wall voids when used indoors.

Trenching

When to Use

Fuse Insecticide Termiticide can be used as a preventative measure and applied before targeted pests appear or before new construction begins. It can also be used to eliminate existing insects and termites. Apply Fuse on calm days when wind speeds are low to minimize drift and when rain is not in the immediate forecast.

Safety Information

Fuse Termiticide Insecticide is safe to use around residential areas with children and pets when applied according to the product label. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment when applying Fuse. Allow treated areas to dry before letting pets or people re-enter.

Special Considerations

When applied along a foundation exterior perimeter, Fuse Termiticide Insecticide should only be sprayed in either 1 foot up and 1 foot out applications or 2 feet up and 2 feet out applications. The percentage of your concentrate's dilution will determine how many re-applications you can make per year. Refer to the Application Table for Perimeter Treatments in the label for application permissions.

A:Application to Perimeter of Listed Structures Apply 0.067% to 0.13% of finished Fuse dilution as a low pressure, coarse, general surface spray along the foundation exterior perimeter. The applications may be made in a narrow band of 1 foot wide out by 1 foot wide up from where the ground meets the foundation or in a wide band of 2 feet wide out by 2 feet wide up from where the ground meets the foundation. Refer to the Application Table for Perimeter Treatments for the maximum number of applications permitted each year based on concentration and band width. I can be used outside as a perimeter spray, but not to apply to lawns.
