Floxcor Fungicide, manufactured by DOW/CORTEVA, is a versatile fluoxastrobin based fungicide that rapidly moves into treated foliage systemically and through xylem movement for faster disease control.

With its active ingredient, this fungicide controls more than 26 turf diseases like brown patch and 20 ornamental diseases such as powdery mildew.

Floxcor Fungicide impedes fungal growth and prevents new outbreaks without new or young foliage becomming stunted in its growth.

Tools Needed

Floxcor Fungicide can be applied with a backpack sprayer, hose-end sprayer, handheld pump sprayer, or spray rig.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Determine how much Floxcor Fungicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). General applications on turf will use 0.36 fl. oz. of Floxcor Fungicide per 4 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. Refer the label for specific rate.
  • Step 2: Fill the spray tank with half the amount of water, add measured amount of Floxcor Fungicide, then pour in the remaining amount of water. Close the tank lid and shake until solution is mixed.
  • Step 3: Ensure even coverage with Floxcor Fungicide over the foliage, but not to the point of runoff.

Where to Use

Floxcor Fungicide can be used for turf and ornamentals for commercial production and in landscape areas around residential , municipal and commercial properties, field grown ornamentals and ornamentals in greenhouses, interiorscapes, and other enclosed structures.

When to Use

Apply Floxcor Fungicide before diseases are present or during minor outbreaks. For preventative measures, apply when mean
daily soil temperatures are between 50° F and 75° F.
