Fipronil - Plus-C
Fipronil - Plus-C
Fipronil-Plus-C, manufactured by Arizona Chemical Group, is a specially formulated non-repellent insecticide that allows the active ingredient fipronil to be applied at lower rates yet still be highly effective against pests both indoors and outdoors.
This long-lasting residual insecticide controls a wide range of pests such as German cockroaches without being degraded by UV light, reducing spray drift, and applies a more uniform application.
Fipronil-Plus-C is a reduced toxicity product that offers long-lasting protection with high efficiency and low level odors.
Tools Needed
To apply Fipronil-Plus-C, you will need a handheld pump sprayer or backpack sprayer.
How to Use
- Step 1: Remove feed, food stuff, and utensils in the treatment area before applying Fipronil-Plus-C. Apply 0.25 fl. oz. of Fipronil-Plus-C in 1 gallon of water for maintenance treatments. For mild pest infestations, use 0.75 fl. oz. of product in 1 gallon of water. For severe pest infestations, apply 1.5 fl. oz. of product in 1 gallon of water.
- Step 2: Fill your sprayer with half the amount of water, add measured amount of Fipronil-Plus-C, then pour in remaining half of water. Close the spray tank lid and shake until the solution is evenly mixed.
- Step 3: Spray the Fipronil-Plus-C mixture directly on visible pests as a spot treatment. You may also treat voids from the exterior where these pests enter, hide or harbor. Apply as a void or spot application where listed pests enter the structure, where they trail or crawl and hide or where their nests are found until the area is wet, but not to the point of runoff. For ant mounds, spray the mound as close as possible to the surface of the nest. Spray in a circular pattern around the mound and directly into the void or center of the nest. Treat new nests as they appear. Reapply this product if pest activity occurs 30 days after previous application. Do not apply as a full surface spray.
Where to Use
Fipronil-Plus-C may be used indoors and outdoors of the following structures: Apartments, Campground Structures, Transportation Equipment (Buses, Cargo Trucks, Trailers, and Trains), Homes, Hospitals and Nursing Homes, Hotels, Motels, Office Buildings, Food/Feed Areas of Restaurants, Other Food Handling Establishments, and Food Manufacturing Facilities, Military/Government Buildings, Schools, Warehouses and other Commercial and Industrial Buildings.
Do not treat within 1 foot of edible plants.
When to Apply
Apply Fipronil-Plus-C when pests are seen indoors or on sites where previous pest activity has been witnessed.
