Final Soft Bait with Lumitrack, manufactured by Bell Laboratories, is a unique bait which helps to eliminate rodents and monitor their behavior.

This ready to use product comes in small packets and contains Lumitrack which is an additive that causes rodent droppings to glow under UV or black light. This helps to track targeted pests activity and make adjustments to your baiting strategy so you successfully end the infestation.

Each piece of bait also comes with a hole in the middle for easy placement in bait stations. Effective in any weather, Final Soft Bait can hold up and be an excellent weapon in your arsenal against rats and mice.

Tools Needed

To use Final Soft Bait you will need to use a bait station for safety reasons.

How to Use

• Step 1: Identify troubled areas (where the mouse or rat droppings have been sighted, small holes and cracks in walls, between small openings behind or close to appliances) to have a good starting point where blocks can be placed around the perimeter or inside your house.
• Step 2: Place Final Soft Bait with Lumitrack in a bait station with a gloved hand. For rats, you will place 6 to 28 Final Soft Bait with Lumitrack satchets inside of bait stations with the loaded stations spaced at intervals of 15 to 30 feet. For mice, place 1 satchet per bait station with the loaded bait stations spaced at 8 to 12 foot intervals. High mouse activity will use 3 satchets of product per bait station spaced at 8 to 12 foot intervals.
• Step 3: Place loaded bait stations near labeled infested areas with a gloved hand. Maintain a fresh supply of product for 10 days until there is no longer activity of rat feeding and 15 days for mouse activity.
• Step 4: Wearing gloves, collect and dispose of all dead, exposed rodents and leftover bait. If reinfestation does occur, repeat treatment. Where a continuous source of infestation is present, establish permanent bait stations and replenish as needed.

Where to Use

Final Soft Bait with Lumitrack can be used in and within 100 feet of man-made structures such as homes, permanent residencies, temporary residencies, food processing facilities, industrial buildings, commercial buildings, trash receptacles, agricultural buildings, public buildings, transport vehicles (ships, trains, aircrafts), docks, and port of terminal buildings and related structures around and associated with these sites. You may also use this product in alleys.

Fence and perimeter baiting, beyond 100 feet from a structure as defined above, is prohibited.

This product must not be applied directly to food or feed crops. Do not place near or inside ventilation duct openings. 

When to Use

Final Soft Bait can be used when you are dealing with rodents that have trespassed in your building and are doing damage. This can happen any time of the year but is especially common in fall and winter periods.

Safety Information

Final Soft Bait with Lumitrack is safe to use around children and pets if applied according to product label instructions. Always wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling and applying this product.

To ensure children, pets and innocent wildlife do not come in contact with Final Soft Bait, use tamper proof bait stations.

Dogs, cats, and other predatory and scavenging mammals and birds might be poisoned if they feed upon animals that have eaten this bait.

Special Considerations

Tamper-resistant bait stations are mandatory for the use of Final Soft Bait with Lumitrack especially if children, pets, non-target mammals, or birds may access the bait or if this product is being used in USDA inspected facilities.
