Everest 3.0 AG Herbicide
Everest 3.0 AG Herbicide
Everest 3.0 AG Herbicide is a superior selective herbicide that controls hard-to-kill grassy and broadleaf weeds in spring, durum, and winter wheat.
Everest 3.0 Herbicide, manufactured by United Phosphorous, is an advanced flucarbazone-sodium post-emergent herbicide that can remove a broad-spectrum of weeds without jeopardizing wheat crop safety.
Provides effective control over emerged weeds like yellow foxtail, barnyardgrass, and bromes while also enabling rotational flexibility.
Everest 3.0 Herbicide is a dependable suspended concentrate herbicide that gives growers hassle-free control of tough weed infestations. This product is simple to use, exceptionally flexible, and tank-mixes easily with multiple broadleaf herbicides.
Tools Needed
To use Everest 3.0 AG Herbicide, you will need to use a spray rig or type of aerial equipment.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Everest 3.0 AG Herbicide to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). For general ground equipment applications, use 2 fl. oz. of Everest 3.0 AG Herbicide in 5-10 gallons of water per acre. Make only one application per year.
- Step 2: Fill the spray tank with half the amount of water, add the appropriate rate of Everest 3.0 AG Herbicide, and fill the rest of the way with the remaining half of water. Begin shaking the tank or stirring the contents within it until it has dissolved in water. For best results, apply mixed spray within 24 hours after mixing.
- Step 3: Spray the Everest 3.0 AG Herbicide mixture over the field for ground equipment and at height of 10 feet for aerial equipment. Do not allow this chemical to drift onto other crops.
Where to Use
Apply Everest 3.0 AG Herbicide to spring, durum, and winter wheat.
This product is not to be used on flood irrigated fields or irrigated fields with a soil pH greater than 8.0.
When to Use
Use Everest 3.0 AG Herbicide to spring, durum and winter wheat from one leaf stage and up to 60 days prior to harvest. Winter wheat applications can be made in the fall or spring. Best to apply when weeds have 1-4 leaves or measure 4 inches in height.
Do not apply when rain is expected within the next hour after application.
Do not harvest grain for 60 days following application.
Safety Information
Everest 3.0 AG Herbicide is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.
Do not graze livestock or harvest forage for hay from treated areas for a minimum of 30 days following application.
Do not allow people or pets to enter treated areas until 48 hours have passed after application.
Special Considerations
Wheat exposed to excessive salt levels (saline) or water logged saturated soils or temperature extremes such as hot or freezing weather, drought, low fertility or plant disease immediately prior to or after application could result in unacceptable injury symptoms. Weed control may also be reduced by these same conditions.

Keith's Pro Tips | “The most effective way to reduce drift potential is to apply large droplets. The best drift management strategy is to apply the largest droplets that provide sufficient coverage and control. Applying larger droplets reduces drift potential, but will not prevent drift if applications are made improperly, or under unfavorable environmental conditions.” |
