Electric Pump Skid Sprayer- Low Profile 50gal

The Electric Pump Low Profile Spray Rig, manufactured by Solutions Pest and Lawn, provides a high-pressure spray that can withstand any pesticide or corrosive chemicals.

Each Electric Pump Low-Profile Skid Sprayer comes with a Pumptec 350U electric pump that puts out up to 3 gallons per minute (GPM) at 150 pounds per square inch (psi), a 50-gallon low-profile tank, and a Hannay Hose Reel that holds up to 300 feet of 3/8-inch high-pressure chemical-resistant hose. All are mounted on an aluminum frame. All seams on the frame are welded, never bolted.

The pump is environmentally safe as it does not require gas or oil and produces low emissions. The manufacturer covers the main parts with a one-year warranty and a 100% guarantee (excluding plumbing).

Tools Needed

A spray gun is needed to operate the electric pump low-profile skid sprayer (sold separately).

How to Use

• Step 1: The electric pump must be connected to a 12-volt battery, usually the same battery as the vehicle on which the rig is mounted.
• Step 2: Before turning on the pump, make sure that the valve attached to the hose leading from the tank is open. Then, the pressure valve is set to the open position so that it will send pressure back to the tank for agitation. The pressure regulator can be turned to change the pressure output, but we have it set to the recommended setting of 150 psi.
• Step 3: Pull the start button to start the pump and allow the product in the tank to circulate. When you are ready to spray, close the pressure valve to send flow to your spray hose.
• Step 4: When you are finished spraying, close the pressure valve to cease flow to the hose. Then, turn off the rig. You may leave the valve leading to the tank in the open position, but we recommend closing when driving the vehicle that holds the rig, such as moving from job to job, so that the product does not spill back into the pump.

Where to Use

The Electric Pump Skid Sprayer can be used to spray orchards, tree farms, residential or commercial perimeters, turf, and lawns. It can also be mounted on ATVs or other utility vehicles and used in pastures and other large outdoor areas.

The Electric Pump Skid Sprayer is great for spraying preventative treatment products on lawns, turf, and trees to combat weeds, insects, termites, or fertilizers. It is also an excellent option for use in areas that are sensitive to emissions and noise.

Special Considerations

The Electric Pump Low Profile Skid Sprayer can be used by connecting to the battery of the vehicle to which it is mounted. However, for larger jobs that require a lot of spray time, it will be beneficial to connect the skid sprayer to its separate battery.

Please note: Each of our rigs receives a thorough multi-point inspection, which includes testing the rig with water to ensure the pump works properly and the rig reaches the designated pressure. Because of this, your rig may have a some moisture leftover in the lines.

Depending on which one we have in stock, the hose may be green, lime green, red, or yellow.
