The Hannay Electric Rewind Hose Reel is manufactured by Hannay Reels and is equipped with a 12-Volt electric motor and steel swivel. The motor is mounted on the left side of the reel and has a push button switch.

With 18" between the discs, this hose reel can hold up to 400 feet of 3/8" ID spray hose or 300 feet of 1/2" ID of spray hose. It is light weight and compact in design for easy use. With an operating pressure of up to 3,000 psi.

Tools Needed

To use the Hannay Series 1500 Electric Hose Reel you will first need to mount it onto your spraying rig and wrap the hose around the reel. This may require some tools for assembly such as a wrench and a Phillips head screwdriver.

How to Use

• Step 1: Mount the Hannay reel hose onto your spraying rig and make sure it is tightly secured. Install the hose on outlet riser and finger tighten then tighten with a wrench to make sure it's secure. Then manually turn some excess hose around the spool.
• Step 2:Push the button to turn on the electric motor so it can begin rewinding your hose. Hole the hose straight with a towel or cloth to prevent hose burn and guide the hose until it's fully spun around the reel.
• Step 3: Power down the hose reel and power it up when you which to unwind the hose reel during a spraying job.

This product has a LT (left, top, rewind) meaning it will have the inlet, outlet riser, and rewind mechanism on the operators left. Hose unwinds from the top of the reel.
