DynaTrap DT160 Mosquito Trap, manufactured by Woodstream, is a lightweight and portable insect trap suitable for indoor and outdoor use against flying pests like flies or yellow jackets when simply plugged into a standard 120v outlet. Once pests are trapped they can safely be monitored through the see-through screen, and emptied for reuse when full.

This easy to use trap offers 3 levels of protection without the aid of propane or attractants. A powerful UV-emitting fluorescent bulb produces a warm, bright light to attracts insects to the product. At the same time, the trap produces carbon dioxide which attracts mosquitoes. After pests come into contact with the trap the fan silently pulls them into the screened base without producing noise, trapping them until they die from dehydration.

DynaTrap DT160 Mosquito Trap provides a safe and silent way to eliminate pests from your treatment area for up to 1/4 acres. Besides its ease of use this product also allows silent and odorless control in indoor locations.

DynaTrap DT160 Mosquito Trap comes ready to use with its included energy sufficient CCFL UV Bulb that lasts up to 20,000 hours, 10 ft. 110-220V cord, hanging chain, and cleaning brush.

How to Use

• Step 1: Dry the application site if there is water or other liquid. Ensure that DynaTrap DT160 Mosquito Trap is not near sources of heat, gas, oil, or other flammable materials.
• Step 2: Unpack DynaTrap DT160 Mosquito Trap. Save packaging for off-season storage if needed.
• Step 3: Connect to circuit that is protected by a ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI). If using outdoors, use only extension cords with a tag stating "Suitable for Use with Outdoor Appliances." Keep product cord away from sharp edges.
• Step 4: The DynaTrap DT160 Mosquito Trap will automatically turn on when plugged in. For best catch results, leave the trap on and running 24/7.
• Step 5: Be sure to clean the DynaTrap DT160 Mosquito Trap at least once per week. Unplug the unit.
• Step 6: For weekly cleaning, twist the cage clockwise, and remove the damper by grasping the crossbar near the edge of the damper. Pull up firmly. Remove any buildup from the inside of the retaining cage and fan with the included brush. Replace damper, snap firmly into place. When replacing the retaining cage, DO NOT press/push against the screen windows. Do not clean this product with spray water.

Where to Use

DynaTrap DT160 Mosquito Trap can be used in indoor and outdoor locations as long as its 20 to 40 feet away from where people will be sitting.

Do not position the unit near heat, gas, oil, or other flammable materials nor place it where it can fall into water.

When to Use

Use DynaTrap DT160 Mosquito Trap at any point of the season or at the beginning to control mosquitoes, biting flies, house flies, sand flies, blow flies, drain flies, flies, moths, no-see-ums, June beetles, wasps, yellow jackets, stink bugs, gnats, and biting midges. Typically, spring and summer will have the highest periods of pest activity. For best results, leave the trap on 24/7.

This unit is all-weather resistant - designed for outdoor use including rainy conditions. However, do not place this appliance in water or other liquid.
