Doggett Tree Fertilizer 32-7-7
Doggett Tree Fertilizer 32-7-7 is a premium, slow-release injectable fertilizer formulated specifically for professional arborists seeking long-lasting tree health and performance.
10/18/25
Doggett Tree Fertilizer 32-7-7, manufactured by Doggett, is a professional-grade injectable tree fertilizer that combines high nitrogen content with balanced phosphorus and potassium to promote lush foliage, strong root systems, and overall plant vitality for professional arborists and serious tree owners.
What really sets this product apart is that over half of the nitrogen in this fertilizer comes from Ureaform, a slow-release nitrogen source that feeds trees steadily for 6 to 12 months. Unlike conventional fertilizers that dump all nutrients at once, Doggett’s Ureaform is broken down gradually by soil microbes, releasing nutrients in sync with your tree’s needs. This means fewer applications and more consistent growth.
Doggett Tree Fertilizer 32-7-7 is a premium-grade formula designed specifically for professional arborists but available to anyone who wants to give their trees a serious boost. With its high Ureaform content, low salt index, and slow, season-long nutrient release, this fertilizer doesn’t just feed your trees it fuels them for months.
Tools Needed
An injector probe is needed.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Doggett Tree Fertilizer 32-7-7 to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For trunk applications, use one of the three rates: 15 lbs. of Doggett Tree Fertilizer 32-7-7 per 100 gallons of water, 30 lbs. of product per 100 gallons of water, or 75 lbs. of product per 100 gallons of water. Apply the solution at the rate of 5 gallons per inch of trunk diameter.
- Step 2: Fill a container with half the amount of water, add the proper amount of product, and then fill with the remaining half of the water. Mix thoroughly and then load into the injector as instructed in its manual.
- Step 3: Grid these points 2.5 ft. apart in concentric circles starting a few feet from the trunk and extending beyond the dripline.
For Soil Injections Around Trees
- Step 1: Soil injection should be 8 to 12 inches deep using an injector probe at 150 to 200 pounds pressure.
- Step 2: Injection should begin out from the trunk and be spaced 2 ½ ft. apart, injecting on a grid extending beyond the dripline. Apply 150 gallons to each 2,000 sq. ft. Following the grid method outlined, you should inject approximately 1/ 2 gallon of fertilizer solution at each point. Based on the 2 ½ ft. spacing, this will apply 150 gallons of solution over 2000 feet which contains 7.2 pounds of N or 3.6 pounds N per 1000 square feet.
