How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Dimension 0.27G Herbicide to use by measuring the treatment area's square footage. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiplying them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). Depending on the weed, apply 2.3 to 4.25 pounds of Dimension 0.27G Herbicide per 1,000 sq. ft. For larger treatment areas use between 100 to 185 pounds of product per acre. For ornamentals, use 6.8 oz. of this product to treat 100 sq. ft. Refer to the product label for specific application rates and restrictions.
- Step 2: Adjust the spreader to the proper calibration then load the correct amount of granules into the spreader.
- Step 3: Apply evenly across the entire lawn, making two passes in opposite directions for uniform coverage. After application, water the granules in with 1/2 inch or more of water.
Where to Use
Dimension 0.27G Herbicide can be used in ornamental landscape areas, established lawns and ornamental turf (including golf course fairways, roughts, and tee boxes) and container and field grown nursery ornamentals.
Do not use it on golf greens.
When to Use
Apply before weeds are present.
This product will not control established weeds, except for crabgrass in the early stages of development, but only if it is made before this weed reaches the 3-leaf stage or first tiller.
Safety Information
Dimension 0.27G Herbicide is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling and applying this product.
