Hypro D115 Diaphragm Pump Repair Kit

The Hypro D115 Diaphragm Pump Repair Kit is manufactured by Hypro and are an assortment of replacement parts for the Hypro D115 Diaphragm Pump, which is an essential part of our professional spraying rigs. The Hypro D115 Diaphragm Pump is great for replacing worn parts on the original diaphragm pump, such as the diaphragms, valves, and o-rings, extending the life of your pump for years.

The Hypro D115 repair kit includes the following: 3 desmopan diaphragms, 1 accumulator diaphragm and 6 o-rings for the pump heads.

Tools Needed

To install the Hypro D115 Diaphragm Pump you will need an adjustable wrench for loosening/tightening and the Hypro D115 Diaphragm Pump to mount it on.

How to Use

• Step 1: Make sure the Hypro D115 Diaphragm Pump is drained of all oil by removing the oil fill cap and turning the pump upside down as well as rotating the shaft until the oil is fully emptied out from the pump.
• Step 2: Remove pump head bolts and heads from the Diaphragm pump and then remove the Diaphragm retaining nut, support washer and diaphragm. 
• Step 3: Turn the Crankshaft to bring the piston to its downstroke and seat the diaphragm into the sleeve groove. Install the new diaphragm, then replace the retaining washer and retaining nut. Here you should also replace the valve assemblies and O-rings.
• Step 4: Reinstall the pump heads and head bolts then reassemble and refill the crankcase with oil. Rotate the shaft to distribute the oil and fill it to the proper level.

When to Use

Use the Hypro D115 Diaphragm Pump when the diaphragms, o-rings, and valves on your existing Hypro D-252 need to be replaced. This is usually indicated by oil in the sight glass becoming discolored to a milky gray tone.
