The D-30 Diaphragm Pump Repair Kit is manufactured by Hypro and is a set of replacement parts for the D-30 Hypro Diaphragm Pump, which is an important part of our professional spraying rigs. The Hypro D-30 Repair Kit is ideal for routine maintenance of your Diaphragm Pump to replace worn or damaged parts. If your diaphragm pump is causing the oil to turn a milky gray color, replacing the Diaphragm Pump is important to fix the problem. The Hypro D-30 repair kit includes the following:

• 2 desmopan diaphragm pistons
• 1 accumulator diaphragms
• 4 o-rings for the pump heads

Tools Needed

To install the D-30 Diaphragm Pump Repair Kit you will need an adjustable wrench for loosening/tightening parts and the D-30 Hypro Diaphragm Pump to mount it on.

How to Use

• Step 1: Make sure the D-30 Diaphragm pump is drained of all oil by removing the oil fill cap and turning the pump upside down as well as rotating the shaft until the oil is fully emptied out from the pump.
• Step 2: Remove pump head bolts and heads from the Diaphragm pump and then remove the Diaphragm retaining nut, support washer and diaphragm. 
• Step 3: Turn the Crankshaft to bring the piston to its downstroke and seat the diaphragm into the sleeve groove. Install the new diaphragm, then replace the retaining washer and retaining nut. Here you should also replace the valve assemblies and O-rings.
• Step 4: Reinstall the pump heads and head bolts then reassemble and refill the crankcase with oil. Rotate the shaft to distribute the oil and fill it to the proper level.

When to Use

Use the D-30 Diaphragm Repair Kit when the diaphragms, o-rings, and valves on your existing Hypro D-30 need to be replaced due to the pump not pressurizing like normal or the oil in your diaphragm pump are producing a milky gray hue because of being mixed with chemicals.
