Tools Needed

To install the D-252 Control Unit you will need an 13 mm wrench for tightening and the D-252 Hypro Diaphragm Pump to mount it on.

How to Use

Control Unit mounted to Diaphragm Pump

  • Step 1: Find the discharge flange port on the discharge manifold and then, using your wrench, loosen the connections of the flange being held to the manifold.
  • Step 2: Remove the o-ring from the groove of the flange and place it onto the flange of the control unit. Mount the new D-252 Control unit aonto the manifold where the discharge port had been previously and tightly secure with the wrench.
  • Step 3: Connect the hose barb outlets to the control unit, making sure the o-ring is in place on the plastic hose barb. You should then connect the appropriate spray hose connections and tank connections.
  • Step 4: Power on the spraying rig and Diaphragm Pump and let it run for a minute then rotate the knob to test out the control unit to see if the pressure is being adjusted as intended.
