CSI (Control Solutions Incorporated) 30-30 Mosquito Fogging ULV Insecticide is a concentrated product mixed with mineral oil, permethrin, and piperonyl butoxide (PBO) to control for adult mosquitoes and other labeled insects. Apply CSI 30-30 with an ultra-low volume (ULV) fogger or thermal fogger, from the ground or air to cover widespread areas. CSI 30-30 Mosquito Fogging ULV Insecticide is ideal for treating residential, commercial, or industrial properties where mosquitoes pose health threats. Mosquitoes carry life-threatening illnesses like the West Nile Virus and the Zika Virus. Applying CSI 30-30 to recreational areas, campgrounds, playgrounds and other areas where people frequently visit, can reduce the chances of these viruses spreading.

CSI 30-30 Mosquito Fogging ULV Insecticide has to be applied with a thermal or non-thermal ULV fogger. The fogger can be handheld, backpack-worn or mounted on a service vehicle.
How to Use
- Step 1: CSI 30-30 can be used diluted or undiluted depending on the severity of the infestation and the area size being treated. Determine how much CSI 30-30 you need by calculating the size of the area you wish to treat in acres. To do this, measure (in feet) the area length and width then multiply the two values to get the square footage. Divide the square footage by 43,560 to get acres. CSI 30-30 is to be used at a rate of 0.007 pounds of permethrin per acre in any given 24 hour period. When diluting CSI 30-30, you can either use a 2% (1 part CSI 30-30 and 14 parts oil), 3% (1 part CSI 30-30 and 9 parts oil) , or 4% (1 part CSI 30-30 and 6.5 parts oil) concentration.
- Step 2: Pour the solution into your selected fogger tank and set the particle size range. If applying the product undiluted, apply at a flow rate of 0.53 to 2.2 ounces per minute at an average vehicle speed of 10 mph.
- Step 3: Apply CSI 30-30 around desired areas at ground level or from the air. If using a Thermal Fogger, use a walking speed of 2 mph (3.2 kph) and a swath width of 300 feet for calculations.

CSI 30-30 Mosquito Fogging ULV Insecticide can be applied outdoors around residential, industrial, and commercial, farm and animal housing areas. It can be applied around flower gardens, on golf courses, sports fields, and other areas. CSI 30-30 can be applied to specified crops listed on the product label. CSI 30-30 Mosquito Fogging ULV Insecticide is ideal for school playgrounds, campgrounds, waste areas, woodlands, and municipalities.
When to Use
CSI 30-30 Mosquito Fogging ULV Insecticide should only be applied when ground wind speed is greater than 1 mile per hour and it should not be applied when wind speeds exceed 10 miles per hour. CSI 30-30 should not be applied more than once every 3 days and should not be applied over 25 times at 0.007 pounds of permethrin per acre in any season. For the best results treat during peak times when insects are most active and when weather conditions help keep the fog to close to the ground.
