B&G ACS-25 Cone Seal
04/10/26
The ACS-25 Cone Seal is made by B&G Equipment and it is used as part of the Adjustable Cone Seal assembly of the B&G Versatool Termite Slab Injection tool. The Cone seal is is located below foot ram. When treating below a concrete slab, the cone seal helps to seal the drill hole and allows the tip of the pipe to extend into the void between the concrete slab and soil.
Tools Needed
To remove and replace the ACS-25 Cone Seal you will need gloves and an adjustable wrench.
How to Use
- Step 1: Before starting, it is important to flush out any chemicals that could be left in the unit. To flush out the unit, simply add clean water and triple rinse. Once the unit is clean, you will need a clean working area preferably a table to dismantle the unit due to the many small parts.
- Step 2: Use the adjustable wrench to remove the cone seal lock bolt holding the seal in place. Once this is removed, the seal can simply slide out and the new seal can be installed.
- Step 3: Reassemble the Versatool adjustable cone seal assembly and then test out the part by adding water to the unit and spraying to ensure there are no leaks.
