Pro-Pest Pantry Moth & Beetle Traps
Pro-Pest Pantry Moth & Beetle Traps
Pro-Pest Pantry Moth and Beetle Traps, manufactured by J.F. Oakes, are convenient and effective traps which come pre-baited with attractive pheromones for trapping pantry pests like almond moths, tobacco moths, and more. Its white-washed wood grain appearance helps it to blend into any kitchen, pantry, or food storage area for more discreet pantry pest control.
With its triangular shape this versatile moth trap allows it to be placed either flat on its bottom or be punched through its hole for quick hanging with its included hanger. Once placed, the Pro-Pest Pantry Moth & Beetle Traps continues to get rid of moths and beetles for up to 90 days. Without male moths to fertilize females, the breeding cycle ends and the infestation eliminated.
Since pheromones are pre-loaded into the glue the Pro-Pest Pantry Moth & Beetle Traps comes ready to use whether it is placed on a flat surface or hung with its supplied hanger. Change out as needed, or simply leave out for up to 3 months making moth and beetle control more easier and effective.
Tools Needed
Pro-Pest Pantry Moth & Beetle Traps come ready to use and require no tools for set up.
How to Use
- Step 1: Inspect your pantry, fabric storage area, or food storage area for pest activity to determine the best locations to place the Pro-Pest Pantry Moth & Beetle Traps.
- Step 2: Remove the wax paper covering off of the sticky side of the trap.
- Step 3: Fold the Pro-Pest Pantry Moth & Beetle Traps into a triangle and place in areas you wish to monitor for pantry pests whether it is sitting flat on a surface or hung from its punched in hole. This helps to keep dust and dirt from sticking to the glue and make the trap less effective.
- Step 4: Place the Pro-Pest Pantry Moth & Beetle Traps in areas where you detect pest infestations. For low-level infestations, use 1 of the Pro-Pest Pantry Moth & Beetle Traps per 300 sq. ft. For heavy infestations, use 1 of the Pro-Pest Pantry Moth & Beetle Traps per 100 sq. ft. Check back weekly and replace the traps when they are full or after 90 days.
Where to Use
Apply Pro-Pest Pantry Moth & Beetle Traps in and around commercial and residential buildings, homes, apartments, food processing plants, bakeries, tobacco warehouses, pet shops, freight containers, pantries, and other food storage areas.
In homes, we recommend you set traps in pantries, closets, garages, and wherever else food may be stored.
When to Use
Use Pro-Pest Pantry Moth & Beetle Traps when you want to monitor pest activity or seen them near your clothing closets, wardrobes, drawers or areas where woolens or other fabrics are stored, or you are seeing holes in clothing or rugs, this is an indication you have fabric destroying moths or beetles.
