How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much Carbaryl 8% DG Pro Granules to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). For lawns and turf, apply 1.7 to 2.4 pounds of Carbaryl 8% DG Pro Granules per 1,000 sq. ft. For ornamentals and exterior perimeter treatments around structures, use 2.4 pounds of product per 1,000 sq. ft. Do not apply more than 4 times allowed per year. Refer to the product label for specific application rates and restrictions. 
• Step 2: Start by ensuring your spreader is clean, dry, and ready for use. Carefully pour the granules into the spreader, leveling them gently, and adjust the spreader settings according to the product instructions to ensure even coverage. Before treating the full area, test a small section to confirm the granules distribute evenly and consistently.
• Step 3: Spread the granules uniformly across the treatment area when the grass is dry. Product must be watered in immediately after application. 

Where to Use

Carbaryl 8% DG Pro Granules can be used for lawns, recreational, and ornamental turf areas. It may be used in and around flower beds and ornamental plantings and around outside of buildings.

Listed fruit and vegetable crops may also be treated.

Not for use on sod farms.

When to Use

Applications may be made at any time before, during and after growing season when pests are present.

Do not apply if it’s raining, the soil is waterlogged, or there is standing water. Also avoid applying if the weather forecast predicts a 50% or greater chance of 1 inch or more of rain within the next 48 hours.

Carbaryl 8% DG Pro Granules is safe for people and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling and applying this product.

Do not enter, or allow others to enter the treated area (except those involved in the watering-in) until the watering-in is completed and the area has dried.

Special Considerations

This product will kill only target pests present at the time of application. Pests must be directly contacted to be effective.
