Tools Needed
No tools are needed, but you will need a garden hose to attach it too.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Captain Jack's Lawnweed Brew RTS to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). Apply this 32 oz. container of Captain Jack's Lawnweed Brew RTS to 625 to 2,500 sq. ft. of turf. Apply it to 1250 sq. ft. for standard application; apply it to 625 sq. ft. to control tough perennial weeds, such as common chickweed, buttercup, and broadleaved plantain. This container may be applied to up to 2500 sq. ft. to control moss, slender speedwell, wild geranium, lawn diseases (such as dollar spot, rust, and snow mold), and on weed seedlings of false dandelion, English daisy, dandelion, or white clover. Do not apply to the same area more than 2 times a year.
- Step 2: Attach the garden hose to the spray nozzle. Turn on the water supply. Bend the safety tab down and turn the control to “water”.
- Step 3: Point the nozzle toward plants and turn the water control knob to “On”. The product will automatically mix with water. Spray weeds thoroughly.
- Step 4: When you are finished spraying or if you have to stop spraying at any time, turn the knob back to the OFF position. Turn off the water from the faucet. Turn the knob to H20 then OFF, to drain the water from the hose. Unscrew the spray nozzle from the hose. Remove the hose end from the container. Reseal the container with the child-resistant closure. Rinse the hose-end applicator.
- Step 5: Rinse treated areas 24 hours after application. Repeat treatment in 3 to 4 weeks for best results
