1Pyranha Bug Armor, manufactured by Pyranha Products, previously known as Pyranha 1-10 PX is a mosquito misting system and ULV fogging concentrate with 10% Permethrin and 10% Piperonyl butoxide for more effective flying and crawling insect control.

Tools Needed

Pyranha can be used as a ULV spray or input in an automatic misting system so you will either need a ULV fogging equipment or a mosquito misting system to utilize the product.

How to Use

• Step 1: Determine how much Pyranha Bug Armor you will need by measuring the square footage of the area you wish to treat. 1 half-gallon of solution should be used per 55-gallon misting system. For premise/space spraying or indoor use, dilute 1.28 to 6.4 ounces per gallon of water. The amount may vary depending on the concentration of permethrin you would like, the pest you want to treat and the area you are treating.
• Step 2: In the spray equipment of your choosing, mix a portion of Pyranha Bug Armor with fresh water. Mix well and spray the product on the desired surface or program your automatic misting system to conduct spraying as usual. System nozzles should be set to deliver a rate of 1.25 fluid ounces of solution per minute, with one nozzle covering 100 square feet. The nozzles should deliver fine particle size droplets like those of a mist or an aerosol.
• Step 3: Set the system timer to operate in accordance with equipment directions. Apply as a coarse spray when using spray equipment.

Where to Use

Pyranha Bug Armor can be used indoors and outdoors, wherever there is a flying insect problem that needs to be addressed. You can safely use it as a space spray or contact spray in residences, hotels, schools, food processing plants, animal shelters, and plenty of other places. Check the label for the complete list.

Use Pyranha Bug Armor when there is an infestation of insects in a sensitive area like a kitchen, restaurant, food processing plant or other area where toxic chemicals are discouraged.

Safety Information

Pyranha Bug Armor is a natural product and can be safely used in any treatment area when properly diluted according to the label directions. You don't have to remove children or animals from the area when conducting a misting treatment but direct application should be avoided.
