Brandt Tritek
Brandt Tritek is a unique OMRI insecticide, fungicide, and miticide that manages diseases and pests on a broad range of crops and ornamentals.
11/01/25
Brandt Triket, manufactured by Brandt, is a highly refined mineral oil that provides stable and effective results against insects, diseases, and mites on plants without causing burn or stress to foliage.
This organic spray contains the finest range of oils and emulsifiers that will cover various adult pests, includings their eggs as well as diseases such as sooty mold. Even after dilution with water, this product will not separate for hours in a spray tank making labor less intensive and timely.
Brandt Triket is a excellent pre-emulsified fungicide, insecticide, and miticide that suffocates eggs, larvae, nymphs, and adult pests without the use of toxic chemicals.
Tools Needed
To apply Brandt Tritek, you will need to use a spray rig or aerial application equipment.
How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Brandt Tritek to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure the length and width of the treatment area in feet then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). For acreage, take the square footage and divide it by one acre (square footage / 43,560 sq. ft. = acres). General applications will use 1 to 2 gallons of Brandt Tritek per 100 gallons of water. Refer the label for specific rates and restrictions.
- Step 2: Add sufficient water to the mixing tank to allow proper agitation. Add the correct amount of Brandt Tritek to tank. Maintain agitation until solution is used. If other pesticides are to be added, do so after Brandt Tritek has been thoroughly mixed. Stays mixed for up to 3 hours.
- Step 3: Completely penetrate the leaf canopy and cover both top and bottom of all leaves until wet with Brandt Tritek without significant runoff.
Where to Use
Brandt Tritek can be used for tree crops, vegetable (row crops, field crops, and greenhouses), small fruits, shade trees, shrubs, ornamentals, flower and foliage plants, Christmas trees, and greenhouse ornamentals.
When to Use
Apply Brandt Tritek as needed throughout the growing and dormant season of foliage. Citrus should only be treated during the fall, early winter, or post-bloom which would be from March to April.
Safety Information
Brandt Tritek is safe to use around children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when mixing and applying this product.
Do not allow people or pets enter treated areas for 4 hours or until spray has dried, whichever is longer.

Do not use in combination with or immediately before or after spraying fungicides such as captan, folpet, oxythioquinox or any product containing sulfur. Also do not use with carbaryl or dimethoate. Do not use with any product whose label does not recommend the use of oils. Do not use in combination with NPK foliar fertilizer applications.
