Captain Jack's Rose RX 4-in-1, manufactured by Bonide, is a versatile liquid spray concentrate that functions as a fungicide, insecticide, and miticide.

Its natural active ingredient neem oil 1% makes it ideal to use in organic farming since it is bio-degradable and non-toxic. Neem oil serves as a powerful dual purpose within your foliage as a pesticide and a fungicide. It may not create a barrier around your foliage but it will target insects who come into contact with the solution.

Rose RX is a high quality product that will eliminate different stages of insects from eggs, larvae, and adult, as well as fight against diseases such as snow mold, spot, blackspot and prevent mildew within 24 hours after application and can be used up to day of harvest.

Tools Needed

This comes ready to use in a convenient spray bottle. You may need the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) that will protect your face, eyes, mouth, hands, and feet.

How to Use

  • Step 1: Rose RX is easy to use. First, determine area where insect activity is by examining the top or bottom of foliage leaves for signs of chewing, insects, or egg sacks. Next determine if foliage leaves are brown, wilted, or otherwise stressed, if so then this plant cannot receive the application.
  • Step 2: Shake the sprayer well before application. Spray the top and bottom of leaves until it runs off. Reapply every 7 to 14 days until diseases or insects are no longer present.

Where to Use

Bonide Rose RX 3-in-1 RTU can be used on roses, flowers, houseplants, ornamental trees and shrubs, fruits, nuts, and vegetables grown in and around your home and home garden.

When to Use

Captain Jack's Rose RX 4-in-1 can be used when insects, mites, and fungi activity is observed on trees, plants, and shrub. It is recommended to use this product before flowering season or after flower petals have fallen off to avoid killing bees and other pollen carrying insects. Apply Bonide Rose RX 3-in-1 on calm days when wind speeds are low to minimize drift and when rain is not in the immediate forecast.

Safety Information

Rose RX is safe to use around residential areas with children and pets when applied according to the product label instructions. Always wear the proper personal protective equipment when applying.

Allow treated areas to dry before letting pets or people re-enter.

Special Considerations

Rose RX should not be applied to already wilted, stressed plants, or newly established plants.

Applying to your foliage in the middle of the day, or late evening can result in potential leaf burn.
