How to Use
- Step 1: Determine how much Bonide Go Away! Deer & Rabbit Repellent Granules to use by measuring the square footage of the treatment area. Find the square footage by measuring the treatment area's length and width in feet, then multiply them together (length X width = square footage). This product can be applied as either a Broadcast application at the rate of 1 pound per 500 sq. ft. or as a Perimeter/Barrier treatment, sprinkling a band 6 – 8 inches wide, next to and around the area you wish to protect.
- Step 2: If you are using a handheld spreader, adjust the calibration then load the granules. For applications directly from the container simply twist the cap off and apply.
- Step 3: Spread the granules evenly around the area you wish to protect.
Where to Use
Bonide Go Away! Deer & Rabbit Repellent Granules can be used outdoors around homes, gardens, landscaping, and other areas where deer and/or rabbits are undesirable.
Do not apply directly to vegetable crops intended for human consumption. Apply to the area around desirable vegetables to form a repelling barrier.
When to Use
Best results are obtained when application is made at least 6 hours prior to anticipated rainfall. To maintain effectiveness, reapplication is recommended after heavy or frequent rainfall.
